A Pedagogical Documentation Approach to Early Learning Introduction

This module has been developed to support those educators, either individually or within a Council context, who are interested in developing pedagogical documentation within their own early years’ setting(s). Overall its purpose is to help educators to understand the values and principles underpinning this pedagogical approach and is designed to support them in an in-depth and meaningful way.

In support of this aim there are three units, they are as follows:

Unit One - Making Sense of Pedagogy, Unit Two - Going Deeper, Unit Three	- Facilitation: Theory, Process and Practice

Each of these units has been devised around a series of Encounter, the brief content of each you will find.
