My Learning: Biography

Biography

As an educational consultant, Liz Greig has specific interest in early education from birth to eight years.

Liz works on a part-time basis within her local area, and dependent on her availability, can offer support in the following ways:

  • writing documents
  • working with staff in settings and schools in areas like classroom organisation and management, relating this to active learning
  • offering advice and support in areas such as birth to three; three to six; continuity and progression through active learning within A Curriculum for Excellence.

Liz has developed a professional folder called Continuity and Progression through Active Learning’ [internal link] focusing on effective learning and teaching within A Curriculum for Excellence – the early level and onwards into the first and second levels. This will shortly be supported by examples of support materials relevant to the early and first levels.
